India's Critical-Minerals Strategy Hits the Midstream: Four Processing Parks

India is moving from mineral auctions and overseas ore headlines to processing geography. Four dedicated critical-mineral parks—in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh—are being developed around distinct mineral ecosystems, with three states already reported to have submitted detailed project reports.
