India AI Compute Corridor Economics, 2026–2035
Where should India site 500 MW to 1 GW of AI compute? This report ranks eight Indian corridors on the Techadyant AI Compute Viability Index (T-ACVI) — a nine-dimension framework weighted by infrastructure bindingness: power, water, transmission, land, connectivity, expansion, policy and AI ecosystem. Hyderabad (81.5), Gujarat (77.2), Andhra Pradesh (71.6) and Chennai (71.1) clear the investment-grade threshold, while NCR (63.7) — despite unmatched enterprise demand — suffers a 1.42× water-stress adjustment and a 640-basis-point IRR penalty versus Hyderabad on an identical 100 MW campus (22.8% vs 16.4% base-case IRR). India's AI compute demand reaches 1,960 MW by 2035 (28% CAGR), driving a USD 199 billion industrial TAM across compute, power, construction, cooling, connectivity and water. 101 pages, four analytical figures, three proprietary models and a live-formula data pack.
