A Rs 200 crore Meerut refinery targets India's secondary critical-minerals supply: a useful project, not yet capacity

Meerut start-up Circulogy Cleantech has signed an MoU with Invest UP for a proposed Rs 200 crore refinery to recover battery metals and rare-earth elements from used batteries and old magnets. It is a project-formation milestone, not an operating plant.
