Chittoor node (Srikalahasti–Yerpedu / Naidupeta)
The Chittoor node — Chittoor-South plus the Naidupeta cluster near Tirupati — is the corridor’s southern, Chennai-facing anchor, with ADB Tranche-2 funding internal infrastructure and access roads. The existing Naidupeta APIIC park already hosts operating units, giving the broader node industry on the ground even as the new VCIC cluster is built.

Infrastructure & connectivity
- Start-up clusters: Chittoor-South (938 ha) + Naidupeta
- ADB Tranche-2: internal infrastructure + a 9.5 km access road (Chittoor-South) and 8.7 km access road (Naidupeta)
- Earlier ADB works: Yerpedu–Srikalahasti energy subproject; Naidupeta economic zone + effluent treatment
- Adjacent to the Tirupati–Sri City manufacturing belt; near Chennai
Incentives & land: AP industrial incentives; sits beside the established Sri City / Tirupati ecosystem, lowering ramp-up risk.
Anchor tenants & demand signals
The adjacent Naidupeta APIIC park already hosts operating units — Hindustan National Glass, Loyal Textiles, Ardee Industries and Prime Electric among them — but these predate the VCIC cluster and sit around the node rather than as new VCIC-cluster allotments. No new anchor for the VCIC Chittoor-South cluster is publicly confirmed yet; the Sri City/Tirupati electronics belt next door is the demand catchment.
