PKDS is the OEC’s coastal, port-linked node-zone around Paradip and Dhamra — petrochemicals and logistics on paper. Like GBK it is on hold for want of confirmed land. The Paradip petrochemical/port economy (IOCL, IFFCO, the deep-draft ports) exists independently of the NICDP node.
