Orvakal in Kurnool is HBIC’s lead node and one of the most advanced of the newer corridors — PM foundation stone and EPC award both in October 2025, land and equity released. It already has early named tenants: Aerpace’s “Drone City” MoU near Kurnool airport and a Jayaraj Ispat steel unit, around an aerospace-and-engineering positioning.

Anchor tenants & demand signals

Unusually for a node this early, Orvakal has named commitments — Aerpace (drones/UAVs, ~300 acres) and Jayaraj Ispat (steel) — leveraging the adjacent Orvakal airport to seed an aerospace and defence cluster. The tenant list is still thin but real.
